Looking for summer 2022 events in Pueblo West and Southern Colorado? We’ve got you covered.

Here at Steel City Solar, our mission is to enhance and support the communities where we live and serve. Even though our daily job is to install solar systems for the people of Southern Colorado, we always try to go above and beyond. The better our communities are, the better life is for everyone.

We like saving you money! It seems like the price of everything is rising in this country right now and that includes energy. There are some assistance programs out there that can maybe help temporarily but many of these initiatives have limited resources. One of the best ways to save money on your energy bills is to invest in solar power. This natural, green power source can not only lower your energy bills but may collect enough power for you to make a little money on the extra energy your solar panels collect!

There’s even a solar investment tax credit that will run through the end of 2022. It’ll cover 26% of your solar system costs and can be applied to your tax bill. You can always reach out to one of our solar professionals to see what incentives you qualify for.

We’re all about taking good care of the environment. One of the biggest sources of air pollution is energy that’s generated from burning coal. The problem is so prevalent now that many refineries are being retrofitted to pollute less or being phased out completely. If you have solar panels on your property you’re helping to solve one of the energy challenges facing this country today. You’re not only generating your clean energy, but you’re also doing your part to reduce carbon emissions for the long term to help the planet. Clean renewable energy means healthier communities that make the right choices to improve the lives of their families.

So when you’re out having fun in the sun this summer, think about how that sunshine could be the thing that could power your home. You’ll be saving money on your electric bills and making the world a cleaner, better place.

But while you’re pondering the future for you and your family, here are some ideas for some fun events to attend this summer!
